I'm the founding principal consultant of AMD Consulting. Using my background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, I've spent over 15 years consulting across industries, designing and implementing innovative, customized talent solutions and analytics that help organizations and the people within them grow, perform, and succeed.

Throughout my career, I’ve led talent strategy, assessment, and leadership development initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, private equity portfolio firms, and high-growth startups. Before launching AMD, I held senior roles in consulting, talent management, analytics, and organizational development. I’ve also taught at the university level and published research in peer-reviewed journals. My approach is grounded in evidence-based methods and a commitment to delivering practical, actionable solutions that align talent strategy with real business outcomes.
